Cha Maruyamaenn
A Japanese tea speciality shop on the 2F West Yard of Tokyo Solamachi, run by the Maruyamaen honten tea house founded in 1933. It carries teas from regions across Japan, with a focus on deep-steamed sencha, and is the only Solamachi branch offering takeaway tea and matcha sweets. Its Uji matcha soft cream, made with matcha from Kyoto Prefecture, is the shop's No.1 recommendation, and takeaway tea is brewed one cup at a time in a teapot.
