銀座抹茶堂 栞 is a Japanese-style matcha cafe on Ginza Corridor Street (銀座コリドー街), built around matcha drinks and wagashi sweets. The menu includes thick matcha (温濃茶/冷濃茶), matcha lattes, matcha ice cream monaka, matcha pudding and 特濃抹茶のかき氷, plus light meals such as dashi-maki egg burgers and ochazuke. It is also known for its table-grilled dango menu, where guests grill skewers themselves and choose from several flavours.
